These terms apply to every use of Homelinck, offered by Brickx B.V. ("we"). By creating an account or using the portal you agree to these terms.

Homelinck enables housing associations and property developers to handle registrations, allocations and communication with tenants or buyers digitally. We provide the technology; the allocation decision rests with the landlord or developer.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password secret.
• Accounts are personal and may not be transferred.
• We may block or delete an account in case of misuse, fraud or breach of these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

You may not:

• enter false or misleading information;
• use the service for unlawful purposes;
• scrape data automatically or overload the portal;
• bypass or weaken security measures.

All rights in the software, design and content of Homelinck (excluding documents you upload) belong to Brickx B.V. or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable right of use for as long as you use the service in accordance with these terms.

We do our best to keep Homelinck available and free of errors, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damage, up to a maximum per event of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before that event.

The processing of your personal data is governed by our privacy policy. The use of cookies is governed by our cookie policy.

We may change these terms. We announce substantial changes in good time. If you do not agree with a change, you can close your account.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in The Hague, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
